As a counselor and psychotherapist with offices in Austin and Cedar Park, Texas, my primary professional objective is to provide affordable counseling and psychotherapy services to adults and late adolescents who are dealing with:

- Anxiety
- Low self-esteem
- Job or academic stress
- Marriage or relationship problems
- Alcohol and drug abuse issues
- Life transitions
- Grief and loss
My work is based on helping clients find their own individual ways of dealing with their problems. Different problems may require different techniques suggested by different theoretical viewpoints, but my work with any client is based on a fundamental respect for the individual's dignity and right to self-determination.
I have a sliding fee scale for clients without mental health insurance coverage.

My Cedar Park office is at 930 South Bell Boulevard (US 183), Unit 405, in Cedar Park, TX, 78613. Cedar Park is just Northwest of Austin, and my office there serves the cities of Leander and Lago Vista (78641 and 78645), as well as Cedar Park, Northwest Austin, and Round Rock.
